    I had paid my tuition on May 30, 2024, by credit card. I had asked the college not to have any record of my credit card on file.
    The past weekend I see a refund from the college (I’m no longer in the program). It was refunded on August 8, and I was not at the college that day - I was an hour away at Watrous/Manitou Beach. I did not authorize the transaction. So, in other words, they had kept my credit card info somewhere. I do not want my refund tied up on my credit card.
    I have reached out to the college but keep telling me that because it was paid by credit card it has to be refunded that way.

    There are sometimes that a student will call in and provide the credit card information over the phone to process a payment.  In these cases the credit card information is not kept.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It does not provide any answers. And because I asked to not keep my credit card info I should get my refund in cheque form so it can be in the bank not in a credit card.
