    I would appreciate if you could forward this on to Brianne Fitzpatrick who works in your telebanking centre. I ran into a problem with two interact transfers that went missing. I was very frustrated and ended up calling your telebanking centre. Brianne not only showed me how to find missing deposits but also the many other attributes of telephone banking. She was so polite and patient with a senior client, something I haven't witnessed very often lately. She made me feel respected in spite of my lack of technical skills. There are many, many other banks that could use this young lady's dedication to customer service. I wasn't just another problem to this young lady but someone worthy of helping.
    I would really appreciate it if this could get to Brianne's supervisor, Lori or to Brianne herself.
