            I bought 5 ***** *** ******* from this supplier which were installed in April 2021. All 5 windows are defective and are leaking water (and in the winter ice was forming on this inside). I informed the company in January 2022 about the ice and then in March 2022 about leakage of water. Over the course of March and April I sent multiple emails and spoke on the phone with the sales rep and the customer service manager. I sent a detailed letter on April 24 and have not heard back. I am being ghosted. These windows have a 25 year guarantee, they are obviously defective - ****** the Service Manager mentioned that they should all be replaced. **** the Sales Rep said he would talk to the Manufacturer (the last conversation with him was April 12, 2022), I have not heard back from ****. I just called the manufacturer in Ontario and they confirmed that there have been multiple water leakage problems with these windows.

Their service and after service is not only professional and trustworthy but also unparalleled.
