              I ordered a large order online, the package came with 7 items missing. I have contacted and spoken to REITMANS on a few occasions and keep being told it was sent complete, there’s nothing else they can do…contact the post office. I have asked that a supervisor call me and have never heard from them. I order a lot from REITMANS and have never once not received items. I’m not asking for $ back I would like at minimum an in store credit. I live 2.5 hours from the closest store so ordering online is very convenient for me living in a rural town. Not sure what recourse I have.

              I would give them zero, if I could. Numerous times I have purchased items and when I return an item, they do not refund the exact amount. They always shortchange a few cents. I have complained and got no where. They say its a tax issue within their systems. They refuse to refund the amount after acknowledging they made a mistake, but say there is nothing they can do about it. They are taking in extra money from anyone who returns items. I would totally recommend boycotting Reitmans. They rip people off and dont care.
