              I have been trying to cancel our account for at least a month, the debit terminal, which is being paid as a lease through a separate company, has never worked as we needed it to. There was many phone calls of "fixing" it, and it would work for a couple days and stop. I have talked to one lady over email and the phone, and she has ignored every mention of "i am canceling, I have already signed with someone else" All she talks about is sending a new terminal. She finally told me that now we have to buyout the terminal (we were just planning on paying the monthly fee till the contract ended in 3.5 years) but now she wont cancel our account until they see a buyout certificate. which is said no where on the contract. All we want to do is cancel and go to a better provider and they just refuse to do so.

              I am frustrated and disappointed with this company. Do yourself a favor and read through the negative reviews.1. What you are promised is not what you will get.2. There are unexpected fees.3. The sales rep ***** promised me a seamless integration for online payments. This was not the case, and it does not work the way I was promised.4. Their sales team is very, very pushy. You're just a number and a pay check to them.5. The contract did not match what was promised throughout the many sales calls. I caught one thing that I removed from the contract myself, but I missed some other contract changes that they slipped in.Make sure you review all of the fine print in any contracts and record your sales calls or have them transcribed with AI so that you have something to go back on.Do your own research, read through all the reviews, and review the BBB profile for Digitech. Their services are not saving us any money on our payment processing fees.
