      This company has been leaving voicemails (since I got this number in 2022) in automated voice messages saying “This is a reminder from ARO…” saying I owe debt and I need to pay. I am not behind in any debt payments to anybody. I will not deal with any requests via phone call and if they have any supporting documentation it needs to be sent in writing only. I want my name and number be removed by their system.

      This company keeps leaving voice-mails saying I owe a debt & to pay. I have no idea what this is about nor am I in behind in any debt payments to anybody. I refuse to deal with any such requests via phone call and if they have any supporting documentation it needs to be sent in writing only. I require my name and number be removed by their system.

      Afternoon - we have reviewed the details of your complaint and have found that we are calling the number provided with this complaint to reach '**** *****' regarding an outstanding account. If this is not the correct number for this individual please advise and we will remove it from the account.

      They have called me on my phone number requesting that i call them back. They have never sent me a letter detailing their claim as requested by local consumer law, prior to calling me on my phone. I demand ARO to only contact me in writing from now on. If they ever call me again i will sue them in small claims court and i will file a complaint to the quebec consumer protection bureau.

      **** ******** Feb 21 received collections letter stating amount owed to ********** for car loan is $374.86. Mar 2 call to Aro asking why amount shown is owed. Was told to call **********. Called **********, they said they would only speak to collections agency. Called Aro back, said they would look into file and get back to me. Mar 8 provided Aro proof of all payments to ********** via email as requested on call also Mar 8 Mar 15 followed up with Aro by email for response. Apr 3 called ARO as no response. ARO said they don't have an answer and would look into why I owe this amount. Different agent asked for proof of payment. Forwarded original email on Apr 3. May 11 called ARO again as no response. ARO said they would look into it why I owe this amount. June 6 called ARO again as no response. Different agent said she would look into why I owe this amount and call me back. Four months later and nobody has ever gotten back to me nor do I know WHY I owe this amount when I have sent proof of payment twice. This has now impacted my credit report and score.

      I have been contacted by this collection agency via robocalls and robotexts for years for the outstanding debt of ***** ** *******. I do not know this person and have no idea who this person is. It's very annoying. The last text reads: Hi ***** ** *******, this is ARO Inc. on behalf of **** *** *******

      Collections agency keeps communicating with me but I have advised multiple times that I am not the person they are looking for, nor affiliated. Recently replied "stop" to further SMS, however still receiving messages. This collection agency is relentless and will not leave me alone
