    Hello, I have attached some pdf files, one with my detail account of my issue with the Noize brand since it is over the 2000 characters limit and another with the email chain that was exchanged with their costumer service provider *******. In summary my wife purchased me a winter coat for Christmas and as soon as I received my gift we noticed had a defective zipper but we decided to overlook it, however the coat developed inexplicable stain after it was worn twice (my mother noticed them as I wore it for the 3rd time to go out with her). I contacted Noize via website form on January 10th and was replied by a third party costumer service provider (*******). They were very coy, gave me conflicting and incomplete information and kept ignoring (ghosting) me multiple times. I have sent back the said cost to their warehouse. My situation dragged and I spent the bulk of winter (January and February, now march) without my coat without them resolving my issue. They tried to force me into a wispy-washy store credit situation that was confusing to say the least and refuse to explain the process to me or answer my doubts. Eventually they abruptly decided to close the ticket and have not worked with me to continue to solve he issue anymore, Please let me know if there is any other information you require and thank you in advance.

    No stars as customer service is TERRIBLE! Nonexistent!! Have been emailing since Jan 16, 2023 about a faulty zipper on a puffer coat! Products are not cheap and you definitely dont get what you paid for! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I am still waiting to hear back! Their automated response of well get back to you in 2 to 3 days is NOT TRUE!!!
