This is a partial quote, from the letter sent to W. I. M. "As per our conversation, I am listing the problematic issues that occurred, regarding my move. 1) the second man did not wear his mask all the time when inside both locations. The first one did. 2) to my knowledge, I did not see either of them periodically sanitize their hands, as the first man used gloves mostly. 3) the blankets used to wrap furniture did not appear to have been, nor smelled sanitized/fresh. There appeared dirty and there was fine grit on the furniture after unwrapping. #1, 2, 3 promised on website. 4) they told me they could not touch a box of wine. I had to carry it myself. 5) the second man dropped my cooler of food outside my new residence and the contents partially emptied onto the grass. When I unpacked it into my new fridge I had to wipe off everything and there was a lot of grass in the bottom of the cooler. One of my boxes of toiletries ended up upside down. I found him to be somewhat rough in handling my belongings. 6) the attempt to pick up my small 3 drawer unit by the top, resulted in the top partially coming apart. It needed to be lifted from the bottom. My shelving unit came apart and still needs further attention, even after the first man spent some time at the new location addressing the issue. I had asked him before it was moved, whether I needed to tape down the shelves. He said no, wrapped it and said he would be careful. 7) I found that they were ill equipped. They did not even have a handcart, only 2 small dolleys with wheels. They ended up using my small trolley with wheels, also my tape, when theirs ran out. I ended up having to help them move boxes when time ran short. I was still charged an extra hour. I have nothing but praise for the first man, as he was polite, respectful and caring, also very professional. The second man not so much. As I am unhappy and dissatisfied with the way the move was handled, I am respectfully requesting compensation."
