Feb. 14th - Purchase agreement signed for New Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid 2022 (van) Feb. 16th - I took possession of the vehicle. Feb. 17th - Vehicle has engine light on. Called Kollbec, and was told to wait until Feb. 22nd to inspect vehicle. Feb. 18th - Vehicle brought in. Kollbec service department cleared the engine light code. Said it was a faulty code. Feb. 25th - Engine light turned on again. Had to wait until Monday since Kollbec service department is closed during weekends. Feb. 28th - I called in the morning. I received an appointment to bring the van in the next day. March 1st - I brought the car in in the morning, and was told it would be until the end of day. At the end of day, I called dealership to receive an update. They told me they didn't find anything, and refused to give me a courtesy or rental car. March 2nd - I called Kollbec in the morning, they set up a rental car with **********, which was not at all equivalent to my car. Kollbec had my car from March 1st to March 15th. They did engine work (replaced the left motor head, which was defective from assembly). March 15th - Took possession of the vehicle again at 4:45PM. I dropped off the rental and noticed damage on all 4 wheels. Returned to Kollbec and they took pictures. When I got home, the engine light was on AGAIN. March 16th - Brought the car in AGAIN (3rd time). They kept the car until March 23rd. March 23rd - I took possession of my car. April 2nd - Engin broke in the middle of the road. The issue lies with the repairs done on left engine head as per mecanic from Myers Chrysler. April 4th - Kollbec set me up with a rental car from ********** AGAIN. April 5th - I met with Kollbec's general manager. He ordered me a new replacement vehicle(attached), but when I tried getting a written confirmation of this by email, he refused to do so. I am still driving a rental car, which is not equivalent to the Pacifica Hybrid, since April 4th and Kollbec has no plan to resolve this issue.
