Revolution Nutrition has shipped my 28-Feb-2024 paid order of $160.43 to a wrong address and has refused to take accountability for their error. Instead, they have accused me of entering the incorrect address. I provided a screen print of the exactly one address recorded on my account, which is my home address. I pointed out to them that if I had entered an incorrect address, my credit card would not have verified. They responded that they do not perform an *** (Address Verification Service) check! This is appalling. *** is a tool to prevent credit card fraud. By turning off *** checks on their website transactions, Revolution Nutrition is allowing someone with a stolen credit card to complete purchases on their site. ********** ********* ** ******* ***** ******** ***** **** ************ ********* **** ****** **** ******   Revolution Nutrition is NOT providing secure checkout. The fact remains that I have indisputable proof that I did not enter an incorrect address when I made my purchase. The evidence is on my account with Revolution Nutrition. There is exactly one address recorded on my account, which is correctly my home address. In my opinion, Revolution Nutrition is conducting their business in an unethical manner and, in fact, is criminally irresponsible by not performing necessary fraud prevention measures. I do not want to do any more business with Revolution Nutrition. I just want my refund of the $160.43 that they have charged to my credit card and then shipped my order to a wrong address. I have not received my paid order. I want my money back!
