This spring I purchased a full kitchen of kitchen cabinets from Kent. I did not get them installed by Kent. I ordered and paid for dark blue, fully assembled cabinets. One of the outside cabinets was not finished with the blue, it is wood grain. I reported the issue to Kent and their resolution was to give me a side panel. They told me I would have to disassemble the existing cabinet, remove the whole side panel and then rebuild the cabinet myself. I explained that was not what I paid for. I paid for a fully assembled, blue cabinet. The sales person and the assistant manager have told me this is a "warranty" issue, since I did not get them installed by Kent. I explained my point of view, that it is a "supply" issue, not a warranty issue. I ordered and paid for the dark blue, fully assembled cabinet. There is nothing wrong with the cabinet that is warranty related. They supplied a cabinet that is not finished and not what I paid for. I said if they won't get me a new cabinet, I will bring this one back for a refund and order a new one. That is not acceptable to them either. I have attached a photo of the wood grain side.
