            I had a leak in the ceiling of my upper floor bedroom and had Professional Roofers come to assess on September 20, 2021 at 1pm EST. ***** ********* provided a work order to remove a roof vent and replace the front eaves and downspout. ***** said the work will be completed either the week of September 20, 2021, or by the latest early the following week of September 27, 2021. He provided a work order contract to complete both jobs with a price of $750, no tax if paid in cash, due only upon the completion of the work order. Nobody showed up to complete the work. I called multiple times and the date continued to be pushed out. October 1, 2021 ***** provided a discount due to the frustration of $100, and assured me the work will be complete October 4, 2021. A worker arrived on October 4, 2021 and only removed the roof vent. The eaves work is still outstanding. It is now October 19, 2021 and the work is not completed. The business refuses to complete the work, and is requesting payment

            I spoke to Professionalroofers.com regarding a install of two parts of a roof for quote price of Two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars. I specifically asked to be notified when they intend to schedule the job and to give me a scheduled time. I was told it could take one to two weeks and the next day they began the installation and I do not reside at the home where the work was being done and the residents where disturbed at 7:00 AM. I am the contact for the installation and when I have asked for the manager they provided threats like they will remove the roofing or send the cost to collections. When I attempted to put my request through on there main web site it reported the Email is incorrect, However I was able to send directly to there Email I am waiting for the manager to contact me regarding the unannounced installation.
