    News Years Party at the hall, La Primavera Event Space. The cost of the tickets were $320/couple. The couple that we were going with, the gentle got Covid 19 and did not go. We tried to talk to a rep from the hall, and they said absolutely No refund. We also asked the hall first about their total number or goal for that night. Their goal was 800, at the start of the festivities the DJ stated 1030 people. We didn't want to lose our money so we went. When we went to our table there were 8 people and a baby in a high chair. The space was very tight for that night. There should have been two less chairs at that table, because the tickets were bought. The hall put 200 + people that night and they wouldn't refund someone with Covid a refund. When the first came out the pasta was cold. At the table we asked for another plate or could it be reheated. The sever went to check and told us, no more pasta and it could not be reheated. I feel as * ****** along with the other couple that the hall is taking advantage of this situation.

    The better business bureau should not be used because you feel as though your experience was not up to par.

     

    You were delivered a service for a fee and just because you didn't enjoy yourself does not give the right to request a refund.

       We bought tickets for New Years Eve Party at La Primavera Event Space. The gentleman got sick with covid 19. He was very sick and asked his wife to call the hall for refund. His wife called and asked for refund, they responded, absolutely " No". They did not want to get anyone else sick. At our table number "number 9", their were 4 couples, one single lady, one child and infant ina high chair. The table was full, if that couple would have came under better conditions, where were they going to sit??

       We asked the hall about the total guest for the night, around 800+-. At diner the DJ announced 1030 people. This Is 200+ over. A refund of $ 320 would be only 1% of that amount ******* * ****** *******
       The hall stated, the entrainment was the problem. This was not the problem. Sure with this number, there were long lines for food, bar and washrooms. Thank you very much for your time and effort.
