On September 23, 2021, I contacted ****** via their website with a phone number and email address that was shown. I sent my email indicating that there was a sink in the mattress that I had purchased some time ago. On the same day September 23, 2021, ****** ****** from ****** asked that I measure the sink and take some pictures of the mattress, which I did on September 25, 2021 (the pictures sent included 1- with sink in matters showing 2 inches/front of mattress/back of the mattress/back of the mattress and box frames. On September 27, 2021 ****** ****** said that he 'would send the pictures to his director to analyze'. October 5, 2021, I sent an email to ****** asking for ****** to please follow up on this matter. October 6, 2021, I sent another email indicating that I had previously sent a copy of my purchase invoice and what was the status of this issue. October 6, 2021, ****** indicated that 'we have conclude that since it's not us who has made the mattress and that **** is no more one of our retailers, you will need to talk with **** for the warranty of your mattress. We don't own ****** we paid for a license to be distributer. Sorry for the inconvenience.' October 25, 2021, I sent an email stating 'I left you a voice mail on Thursday, as we discussed **** is the store that supplies the mattress and you are the distributor as you indicated below. The responsibility of the warranty lies on you as you are selling to the outlets directly. I sent you the pictures and invoice, please look into this further as I am not happy, since I sent you what you requested and not stating differently.' On October 27, 2021: I received an email from ****** indicating; ****** at the time), we are unfortunately not able to honor the warranty on your mattress Dec. 1: I received a phone call from Kingsdown Canada, indicating that they will not warranty the mattress. Seem that ****** was bought by ****** and ****** is owned by Kingsdown and no manufacture warrants product
