    I friend of mine contacted the Better Business Bureau about this company when they were lying and trying to scam him out of his refund for a defective pair of Nikes, and also lied about how they attempted to resolve the issue. Subsequently, I posted a completely honest but negative ****** review about the experience, and now the owner of the business left a nasty ****** review for my place of work, with my name specifically included. That means he ****** searched for my name to find out where I worked, then left a horrible review for an experience he never had. This company is completely dishonest and a liability to the community based on how they conduct business. I am a car dealer and ****** reviews are very important to my line of business, and I take pride in the fact that before **** at BB Branded posted a fake review of my company, I had absolutely zero negative reviews. Reviews like the fake one left by **** directly affect my income as a commission-only salesperson, and it is my hope that you can help me resolve this issue with a vindictive business owner who does not want to own up for his inadequate service.

    This matter is between us & ********* & we are dealing with it.. for you & your freinds to go out of your way to negativly review our business for a matter that does not affect you is uncalled for. I repeated told you by email that you & your freinds need to remove your negative reviews because they are negativly effecting our image & livelyhood. Instead you preffer to insult & degrade me further in your emails & you are not aware of the full picture. I am ready to reslove this matter promptly if you act accordingly.

    i bought a pair of **** dunk panda shoes from this store on feb 23rd 2024 4 days after buying them the **** logo on the outside of the right shoe started coming off (the stitching was coming out and the logo completely was hanging off the shoe) i went into the store to inquire about a refund 3 days later only to be met with accusations of lying and defacing the shoe myself. i wore these shoes 4 times in total for about one hour or so each time, they said because the shoe was worn it they would not refund it. they have a sign in there store that says no refunds. as a customer who paid ******$ for these shoes that *** or *** not even be authentic ( the quality of the leather was completely off, the lettering on the back was wrong aswell, ontop of the stitching coming out on different parts of the shoe) i have seen multiple reviews online across difderent platforms claiming that bb branded has sold them fake shoes in the past and refused to rectify the situation. *** never had this experience buying a pair of **** shoes in my entire life and im appalled at the way that it was handled by the manager of bb branded. as of right now they have taken the shoes back and have not issued me a refund. this store is run by scammers.

    the manager of bb branded stated i would recieve an email from **** by the end of the night yesterday saying that a claim has been opened in my name and i havent recieved anything.
