    The driving school told us that once the payment is made, they will contact us. It has been 2 weeks and every time we have called them, they keep saying the same thing "The instructor will contact you soon". Today, we decided to contact the police and when the police officer gave them a call, the receptionist at IDrive sent us two fake numbers, stating that it is the instructor's. I tried contacting the Instructor (Hussein) several times, but he was not picking up. Now, we just received a call from the owner, stating that Hussein does not know any thing about our case. The owner is also not willing to send us a refund and is keeping us waiting. We humbly request your help on this case. I believe this company is either a fraud or the receptionist is not doing her duty right. We just need a refund, and need your help in this!

    I searched for a Driver Training school in my area for my 18 year old, at the time, daughter as she just obtained her learners license. I found IDrive on Eugenie street and when I went to register the computer prompted me to coupons for a cheaper rate. I registered my daughter with IDrive paying $574.94 classes scheduled for March 11/12 & 18/19, 2023 times 9-2:30am. Approx. March 6-8 my daughter received a phone call from iDrive telling her the course was cancelled due to low registration and that she may take the course online or attend an in person class April 7-10. That weekend was Easter weekend and my daughter works Fridays and Mondays so that weekend would not work. I called iDrive on March 10 to reschedule. When I spoke to the young woman on the phone I explained my daughter wouldnt be able to attend that weekend and she offered another option of April 29/30 & May 6/7 which I accepted and she confirmed that my daughter was all set. We lived our lives with those dates in our minds that she would be attending. The morning of Friday, April 7 my daughter is sleeping and receives a phone call from IDrive claiming she missed the course, they specifically saved a spot for her and now she will have to [ay an additional $200 to be able to reschedule a new course. My daughter immediately called me and at that point I quickly called the young woman back that just called my daughter and explained that there must be some mistake as I called to reschedule that course for April 29. She asked me who I spoke to and I told her I spoke to the woman who normally answers the phone. She then told she would speak to ***** her manager and call me back. Today is Wednesday, April 12 and I had not heard back from IDrive or ***** so I called them. I explained the young lady that answered the phone my situation, she explained that she was the one I spoke to and that I did not call to reschedule my daughters course for April 29 and that she was all set for April 7-10. I told her no that is not true and it isnt my fault they made the error. She told me again that she would speak to ***** about the extra $200 fee and call me back. A couple of hours went by and I didnt receive a call so I drove down with my daughter and went in person to iDrive. I spoke with ***** in person and he told me no that I did not call in to reschedule for April 29 and that they were holding me to my daughter being enrolled for April 7-10 weekend and I have to show him proof that they had her scheduled for April 29. I asked him how would I know there is a course April 29 if I didnt have her scheduled for that date. He refused to allow her into that course Aril 29 unless I pay another $200. At that point I told him I am calling my credit card and company and I am issuing a complaint with the BBB.
