    I had my transmission for my van go so I brought it to redline autohaus to fix. I have had nothing but problems. This well be the third time bringing my van back to fix the same problem. They been taking there sweet time on the third time to bring it in to get fixed and my van is my source of income for work I need it. The last time brought my transmission to be fixed I was driving near Morpeth Ontario and my van broke down because they forgot to tighten bolts down after they fixed my van I had to call and wait for a tow truck. Now it still needs to be fixed and they are taking there time getting my van into them. I don't want them touching my van anymore. I like to get all my money I spent there back and bring I to someone else to fix that knows what they are doing. It's been nothing but a headache and stressful event with these clowns and I had enough. So I hope you can help me do something.

     we have been in constant contact with ******** and have replaced his transmission 2 times already the second time being under warranty. He has had another complaint about his transmission giving him issues two weeks ago and we stated that we would replace it again for him under warranty. We cannot refund him as we already replaced it once under warranty and our transmission supplier’s policy does not allow us to do so. We have informed ******** that we are replacing his transmission for a third time under warranty and we are trying to work around his schedule as he uses the van for pizza delivery. When he called in last week we told him that our loaner vehicle had not been returned yet due to it being used by a customer from a job we were performing last week. The loaner is now back on our premises and ready for Domenic to use while we work on replacing his transmission for the third time at no cost to him. Also id like to state that he was not originally our customer but a customer of the mechanic shop next to us which we bought out. Most of his complaints are related to the way he was treated by the old business owner of “***** **** *******” we have continued to honour any warranty that he would have had under “***** **** *******” under good will but we do not feel that this complaint should be assigned to Redline Autohaus as he was not a Redline customer but rather a customer of “***** **** *******” which is a company we recently acquired.
