    We invested over half a million dollars with Pars Construction *************************************************** for our commercial project in **********. Unfortunately, the work was left unfinished and several areas were poorly executed.The restaurant hasnt even opened yet because of these issues.Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

    Were sorry to hear about your comments, but wed like to clarify a few important points.

    ************** was fully certified by inspectors and engineers, and the occupancy permit was issued by the City in Aug. 07- 2025. It was the customers own decision not to open the restaurant for regular operation, instead using the kitchen to prepare food for another one of his restaurants.


    The client also has an outstanding balance of over $15,000, which remains unpaid and constitutes a breach of contract.

    he was informed by email on October 20th of his breach ,and pars construction of legal action for collecting the remain balance. 

    The issue mentioned relates to a used sink supplied and installed by the customer, which has been in use for approximately two months.
