    For the residents of Woolwich township on the east side of Waterloo, we are subject to internet service provider exclusivity with Avetria Networks. Customer support for service outages on weekends has been non-existent since the beginning and the prices we are paying for the speed of service are exceptionally overpriced. Uptime over the last few months has been poor, with repeated weekend outages and those that extend multiple days.
    * **** ********** *** **** ** *** ******* ** ******* ***** ********** ***** ** ********* *** ***** ******* *** ******* **** *****. Coupled with the deadzone of LTE service from ****** and **** for those of us in the Bloomingdale area, makes even using cellphone service here difficult.
    When we can't even get responses to the causes of service outages and even a timeframe for restoration of service, it gets really frustrating for those of us who rely on having internet service.
    Depending on where you live, the pricing plans and service access vary. Conestoga and Winterbourne have access to gigabit service for the same price as those of us using 100 megabit. At best, a 100 Mb connection should be $40 per month, not $113.
    Customers in the area deserve better, these issues need to be rectified.
