    Absolutely unbelievable how bad our experience was. Windows were delayed and delayed and didnt fit, had to be remade multiple times. Custom made French door was not custom made, excuse after excuse, head office suggested doing a bad install, first installer had to be removed from house, threatened with a lien for asking for work to be completed prior to final payment.

    First, we were appalled by the behaviour of the installer. This individual was immediately removed from your job site and subsequently fired. His actions do not reflect our company's values, and we sincerely apologize for the distress he caused.
    We also understand your frustration with the project timeline. We were made aware of a potential paint issue with some black windows and chose to have yours remade to ensure they would last a lifetime. We always strive to guarantee the highest quality for your project.
    Regarding the leaking windows, we have an email from you stating that you were happy with them in July. We were not made aware of any leaking issues at that time and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you now.
    Lastly, concerning the custom-made oak sill cover, we did visit your home to install it. During our last visit, we were instructed to leave the final part on-site for your contractor to install after they completed the flooring and kitchen renovation, as they did not want to be responsible for any potential damage.
