I paid maintenance fees of $1079.12 for December 2022. The property management company refuses to return the money to me despite on 11/16/22 the management company asked for my address in order to return the fees because the purchaser of my apartment paid the fees for December. I sold the apartment and the deal closed on the 24 of November. I never received the maintenance fees back. They refused to mail the cheque for $1079.12 even though I provided the address. The property management company received the fees twice.
