They presented me with a personalized financial plan and today I am debit free! ******* ********* was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making the home equity line process easy to understand and he was very honest about the costs involved.       Mortgage offer was withdrawn. No further contact received. The phone number does not work properly. I mostly got a voicemail message service. When I finally made actual contact I was told that the number had been reassigned to a private individual. Despite multiple emails I received no assistance from the broker.
      I was required to submit a home assessment from a private agency which cost $670. The advertised free digital assessment performed by the broker was over inflated by $50,000 despite my opinion that it was inaccurate.
      The online legal service was unhelpful and uncooperative. When I complained they returned my file to Nuborrow.

      They checked my credit without my permission bc my ex husband was applying for a loan. I had nothing to do with it never signed anything and now my credit had a hard check on it and im down five points and of course no one answers their phone and no room on the vm! ********** **** ********
