      **********Terrible experience.**** **** **** **** ********We are hired ****** to build HVAC for our new build home.He did not work by himself, not even managed his team,The crew did not know simple basic knowledge about their job..HIs team created a huge damage.1) After installation ventilation pipers through the arctic ,the roof has been damaged.we have flood of water on the second floor after raining.2)They damaged the joints in the basement ,so we cant pass framing inspection and had to fix it.3) humidifier was installed in appropriate place,due to the lack of knowledge .4)****** constantly ask money up-front ,before the job was done.5)they forgot to connect ventilation pipe to furnace.This list of problems can be much longer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL team ,with lack of knowledge and experience. **** ******* * ***** **** ** *** **** *** *****

      Thank you for your feedback. The HVAC work on this project was completed in accordance with Ontario gas code requirements and passed municipal inspection. The Ontario Small Claims Court ordered payment of the outstanding balance to ACfurnaceGTA in connection with this project. All was done as per agreements and satisfactory completion form signed
