            Requested a quote for 2 pods quote was 1860. When pods were to be dropped off the trouble started. They had problems providing us with the actual date we requested. They pushed out my delivery to a month further and charged me an extra month of storage. I had requested a pick up on Aug 14 and clerk pushed it to Sept 14 instead. I called and emailed numerous time to have this corrected and was told that I would not be charged for the rental - they processed 2 charges on my credit card after both times being assured that no charges would be on the credit card. They took 2102 on my card instead of the agreed upon amount of 1860. when the pod was delivered the driver argued with us about placement and failed to place it where we wanted and placed it on the grass. the Pod damaged the grass. I was told twice that no charges would be added to the credit card but they still billed an additional 242. I have contacted the company by phone on Aug6,7,9,14,16,23 and 25
