      I ordered Acebeam T27 flashlight online as i don’t live in toronto, it was tight situation regarding the delivery of the flashlight during Christmas so i called the store to check where is
      My order the person name john answered my call, he mentioned that they received my payment yesterday so they been preparing my order , i was ok with that, john asked me if i can send $19.99 for express ****** **** delivery, i was ok with payment few more as I needed before Christmas. After 2 days I received flashlight Acebeam T27 which was not brand new it was used and open box, i am not happy with J2Led flashlight the quality of the product they delivered. Please Acebeam look in to this matter.
