    Quinte ** does not stand behind its promises of quality repair work. New trailer has been returned twice for repairs. This last time my husband was showering and water ran all over the trailer. He opened the inspection port to see that a pipe was missing to the gray water. $500. had been paid to have a cracked pipe fixed and was told a test had been run and all was fine. When he went into the ** centre they accused him of lying and taking the pipe out himself rather than admit they made a mistake. The service manager said "give give him $20 to get him the h*** out of here!' Needless to say he did not take the money. Business must be good to treat people like this! Will never go back to upgrade.

    This is was a gross misunderstanding and miscommunication about a repair to a damaged trailer performed over four months ago.  The dealership accepts full responsibility for this misunderstanding and apologizes.  We are committed to making this client happy.  We have reached out to the client, but have been informed that he is unreachable for two weeks.  Upon his return we intend on making things right and I'm confident we will be able to fulfill all expectations and restore this relationship.
