    Oct 5th 2025 I contacted AG Secure Properties (Service Department) asking for my broken and unsecured door and windows to be fixed, they also do not lock. They have been in contact with me (occasionally) but also been ignoring some of my emails asking when the issue will be resolved and me begging them to fix it as soon as possible. It's been over a month of sending emails and texts. It was supposed to be fixed days ago on Tuesday Nov 4th but they keep pushing it back, it's getting cold at night, anyone could break into my apartment, they don't seem to understand the importance that this gets done as soon as possible. Maintenance guy told me Tuesday after they failed to come that they "might get it done by November 6th or 7th" but failed to do so. They have a history of pushing stuff back and taking forever to fix things in this building. I warned them a week ago I was going to file complaint and also sent them an email 2 weeks ago demanding they get this done ASAP, it's unsafe, unsecure and potentially a fire code violation as it's my fire exit door. I'm tired of them not working promptly to get this fixed and see this as my only resolution to making sure they take action.

    The original complaint from the tenant was placed to our office on Oct 8 @ 5:39 pm see attachment.

    The door was a custom size door with a glass section broken out.  On Oct 9th a contractor was appointed to the job and confirmed Oct 10th to the individual.

    Through investigation it was determined that the glass could not effectively be replaced, a new door was ordered, in a special size.

    Upon receipt of the door our contractor reached out to book an appointment the next day and the tenant did not want that and pushed them off to yesterday.  see attached
