    My issue with this hotel is when I booked on April 25 coming all the way from Michigan to South Dakota for a family emergency. I was told there was going to be a room available when I got there. There was not a room available. I had to Stay with the other party that I came on the trip with which was not in the plans. Afternoon April 25 I came down to the front desk to receive a room when I got to the room they provided it smelt horrible of cigarette smoke and was not up to cleaning standards. I had a four month old with me at the time and I was not comfortable staying in a hotel room that was not up to the Hotel standards Upon my discovery, I went back to the front desk, explained the situation and demanded a refund. I was told by the manager yes a refund is acceptable, and I can provide you one. She proceeded had a customer care number on it They were uncooperative as far as giving me corporate number she should’ve gave me cash back for the room that I never stayed in. I I later proceeded to file a claim with my bank seems as the hotel was giving me a hard time. My bank refunded me the money, but the hotel still did not refund me my money a few weeks ago my bank took the money back that they refunded into my account and stating that the hotel provided a nonrefundable form that I had signed April 25, for the last few weeks, I went back-and-forth with my bank the third-party booking site the hotel and customer service. I have the Hotel refunded me the fee, but my bank and the businesses third-party does not want to accept the fact of the truth. This business just needs to refund me my money. I did not stay in the hotel room. It was up to non-Hotel policy cleaning procedures on the third-party booking site. I had a 24 hour cancellation policy.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the same thing the hotel is saying no one is taking accountability for what is owed to me???

     

    I am not understanding what they want me to do I just need my refund for that terrible experience I had.

    I booked a hotel stay online using mobytrip. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me they had no reservation for me and in fact said they **** *** * *** ** ***** ******** *** do not do business with mobytrip. I called mobytrip immediately to get resolution. They never called me back. My confirmation number is *******. I’m still attempting to get my money back.

    I paid this business $97 to act as a third party for reserving a hotel room for me 12/29. The sole reason I booked was because the website (& receipt) reads “Check-in hour 00:00” indicating check in at that hour. It did not read or state check any other times. When I contacted the hotel, they said they were fully booked. I asked this business for a refund because what I paid for was not what was serviced. It was misleading and false. I played phone tag with this business for over an hour speaking with three different “agents” who confirmed the receipt check in time and denied a refund

    I had made reservations online to stay at the ********** in edmonton, and paid with my ********** . When I went to check in the front clerk told me there wasn't a reservation for me and told me to book again and so I did when I did so I paid on line again an amount of 220 and the first reservation was 114.00 . Then she told me that there was a deposit required and I asked her why wasn't there any mention of a deposit on the website , we ended up in a argument and decided to leave . The hotel then canceled my reservation and did not charge me for the 220 . I asked mobytrip why they where still charging me and they said that the hotel told them no refund but when I contacted *** the hotel they said they did not charge me when i told mobytrip this they stopped corresponding with me and blocked me from there site .
