We were promised a refund for a trip for Spring Break 2022 that my daughter could not go to because of Covid. The company was called  and I was billed monthly by Campus Vacations. There was a non-refundable charge of $10 and then 5 payments of 187.80 from October 1, 2021 to February 1, 2022 plus a charge of $70 later in February, which were all paid to Campus Vacations. All but the $10 was refundable under their policy. *** ***** ** *** ******* ** ***************************. The company offered a 100% refund guarantee for my daughter's situation and we were promised a refund within 90 days. We still have their emails saying the refund was approved and would be forthcoming. I've attached the initial one. 90 days passed, and no refund. We contacted them again and they said it would be coming. The next few times we contacted them, we were ghosted. The customer service representative promptly got back to me and said that "All active Campus Vacations trips will be operated by *** ***** ****** *** and are no longer operated in association with ******* and that refunds for trips prior to August 2022 are not possible through *** ***** ****** and to contact ******, which of course, I cannot do since their emails bounce back and they don't respond. * **** ***** **** ******** ** **** **** ******** ************************************************* We just want our money refunded as we were promised.
