    I paid $240 for a ****** test at 2 PM on May 4th, 2025, showed up at 2 PM for the test, and was turned away. Their returns policy reads that I'd have to pay full price for the test again because I wasn't made aware of the 45 minute entrance deadline until the day of the test and they do not offer refunds or reschedules of missed test dates within 7 days of the test date, and when I disputed the charge with ****** I received a *********** email that I would be banned from taking another test with them unless I closed my dispute. ** *** ****** ***** * ****** **** * ***** ** ******* * ** * **** * ******* ******** *** **** ******* **** ** ** *** **** ****** ********* ** *** ****** *******. ******* *** ****** * ******* *** * ************ **** **** ** ************ ** * ***** *******. Business Response

    Dear BBB,

We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our test policies and procedures:

    1. Arrival Time Policy
Our policy clearly states that test takers must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled test time. This requirement is communicated at multiple stages:

    - On our official website.
    - During the registration process.
    - In the confirmation email sent after registration.

Test takers must acknowledge and agree to these terms before payment can be completed. Without this agreement, registration cannot proceed. The policy also states that latecomers will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

    2. Ineligibility for Accommodation:
As the test taker did not arrive within the required check-in window, and as these terms were clearly communicated and agreed upon, we regret to inform them that we are unable to offer any accommodation, refund, or rescheduling in this case.

    3. Payment Dispute:
We noticed that a payment dispute was initially filed through ******. Our accounting team reached out to them regarding the matter, and the dispute was later withdrawn. As such, the case is considered resolved on our end.

In this case, we remain committed to enforcing our policies consistently in fairness to all test takers. These policies are in place to ensure the integrity, security, and smooth operation of the ****** Test.

Should you have further questions, we are happy to assist.
