      I paid for a telegram to b delivered to a hotel in Paris. ITelegram notified me that it had been delivered. I contacted the intended recipient and he found not telegram at the hotel reception desk or anywhere else in the hotel. The hotel investigated and found no telegram. I contacted International Telegram via telephone but they only take emails. I emailed my complaint to the required email address and never got a reply. ** ** ******** *** ******* ** ** ******** ***** *** ** * ***** ** ***** **** *****
