In November 2022 i went to New You spa to look into fillers and was convinced to try also try the Cool sculpting BodiSculpt. They were persuasive in convincing me that this procedure would help in a huge way to get rid of all of the unwanted fat around my stomach and sides. I proceeded to sign up for a 3 year payment plan as the total for everything was over $8000! I started the process in Nov 2022 and after several months i was very discouraged as i saw no results. They kept telling me it takes at a few months after the end of your treatment to see results. I finished in January 2023 and waited but saw no results. Now in saying this, i eat healthy and go to the gym 3-5 times a week, so in no way shape of form am i not doing anything to help the process. I complained about not seeing results and In April 2023 they decided to repeat the process in hopes i would see results. The treatements ended the end of October and i gave it a few months to see results. Again, i saw no results!!! And let me also add, the process is painful and my stomach would have hard lumps after it. **** ***** *** **** ******** In January 2024 i complained again and i sent pics and i got an email saying "it appears i gained weight...", which i havent!! So i guess thats their fall back, lets blame the client for a procedure that doesn't work!
