    I got my hair highlights, toner, cut, styled. On the phone when I asked what it would cost I was told $300.00 This was the first time at this salon. Fran did an absolute beautiful job on my hair. I was thrilled. When I was given how much I needed to pay it came to $791.00 I was stunned. I was told it was because I let my hair become too gray. And she worked on it from 10:30 -2:30. I’ve never paid this much on my hair. My hair is long and thick. But still it feels outrageous. I’m torn to complain because she did a great job but I was not prepared how much it would cost me.

    Hi, to respond, this client find us from one of her friend social media who's one of my client. 

    1; we never ever give prices on the phone. if someone asks we always tell them we have to see the hair, the condition of the hair, and the thickness of the hair. we always give the starting price that its could go higher depending to the above questions when we see the client. 

    she never asked how much it would coast for her hair when she sits on my chair 

    2; i spend 5 and half hours on her hair.. the hair was in a really bad condition, very thick, with 5" of regrown roots. 

    ** * **** ********** ******** and i spend a lots of prodect on her hair. the product i use in my salon is top of the line and very expensive. 

    my time and expertise cost money. that is my price *** ** *** **** ****** *** *** ****** *** **** ** ** ******
