I hired Your Listing Expert to handle my marketing to get my new website the views it needs and transferred my budget over to them. We started the ****** verification process with the postcard they send to the store location, it never showed up. Secondly we tried to do a video verification but for some reason it would not work, so my account manage said she would contact ****** for another option. This took over a month. I have spent $348 for the initial set up on 2/17/23, a monthly payment of $248 plus $7.17 fee on 3/17/23 at this point the conversation had begun that issues were happening and I was not really happy with progress. My account manager and I were talking, her name was Melissa, then all of a sudden I was talking with Samantha via email. Whenever I tried to call I was told she was not available or had left early for the day. When we were finally able to talk I *** ***** ***  told that what I was told about satisfaction was based solely on being ****** verified which was what the issue was and I could not get a refund due to that not happening, so either I could cancel and lose the money or she would check with sales and get back to me in 24hrs. I opted for that option and didn't hear from her for two weeks so I called, she refused to get on the phone, I asked why I was charged for April when it was supposed to be on hold until this was figured out. The rep stopped, I heard her in the background, he said it would be returned for April then ended the call with me. I then received a rude email from Samantha stating she heard sales and I was not given any satisfaction guarantee and I would not be getting any money back. I tried calling and no one answered.  *** *** ********** *** ******** ********** *** **** ***** ********* *** **** ******** I just want my investment for services I will never see back.
