On November 17,2025, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.  On November 18, 2025, the company provided the following response:



We recognize there have been challenges during the migration, resulting in increased call and email volumes, and we appreciate your patience.



All billing rates – including expired promotional rates – are being honored for the 2-year period.



Any billing discrepancies will be corrected promptly and any charges billed after a cancellation date will be refunded.
