I am a frequent shopper at ******** Canada. I receive regular emails from them and I recently completed a survey to see if I was eligible to participate in a study that was looking for shopper feedback in exchange for a $30.00 ******** gift card. Not a lot, but lots to my family.

On Sep 8/25, ****** **** from Dig Insights emailed me about the opportunity, and on Sep 11/25, I was given access to participate. I completed all answers by the deadline of Sept 15/25, provided a photo of my daughter's craft project, and also answered the follow-up questions posed by an analyst named "****** *" before the deadline. I emailed ****** at ********************* on Sep 22/25 to ask about the gift card, and *********************** on Sep 25/25. No response from either person. I checked my spam box as well. I called the general phone number on the Dig Insights website (###-###-####) on Sep 29/25 and was only given an option by the the automated system to leave my name, a message and phone number, which I did.

I am very disappointed because my daughter was so excited to help participate, and I have been a customer for years. Not sure if this was a scam? I appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

    Business Response

    Date: 27/10/2025

    Dear BBB team,

    Thank you for
reaching out regarding the complaint submitted by Ms. ****** ***.
    We appreciate the
opportunity to clarify the situation. Ms. *** participated in a shopper
feedback study that our company, Dig Insights, conducted on behalf of our
client, ******** Canada. As outlined in our communication with her, the
incentive distribution for this study is being managed directly by ********.

    Upon receiving Ms.
***’s inquiry, our team responded to inform her that the gift cards would be
issued by ******** at the end of September, and that it may take an additional
week for processing. We have advised her to expect the $30.00 ******** gift card
    in accordance with that schedule.

    We’ve also followed
up internally with our client to confirm that the incentive fulfillment is in
progress and to ensure all participants, including Ms. ***, receive their
    rewards promptly.

    We take participant
satisfaction seriously and regret any frustration caused by the delay. We
remain in communication with our client to make sure this is resolved as
    quickly as possible.

    Please let us know
if you need any supporting documentation or copies of our correspondence with
    Ms. ***.

    Kind regards,
    ****** *****
