April 17 - the company notified me that a buyer initiated activity against my sale. They told me in a note that the transaction is not yet complete. Completely fine with this, moving on. April 18 - signed the 'Transfer And Power of Attorney' form sent to you via docusign. May 2 - the company notified me that my shares were in fact sold on the buyproperly marketplace, noting that, "We will transfer the funds to your registered email id in 5-6 business days. Please ensure that you have signed the 'Transfer And Power of Attorney' form sent to you via docusign. Your BuyProperly dashboard has been updated to reflect this transaction." Again, great news. made a note in my calendar that this should be complete latest May 9th according to their "5-6 business days". May 18 - emailed ****@***********.ca for some answers as to where my e-transfer was. We're talking about CAD$2.5k here so not pennies. May 19 - received an automated confirmation email from company with a "schedule a call" button which when you click it leads to a "Page not found". I guess the company doesn't want people asking them over the phone where their money is? ***All I want is my CAD$2.5k back.
