      In the nearly 4 years of 'management' by *****/Maple Leaf Property Management, there has been no reliable management presence. The deterioration appears to be deliberately ignored, emails are unanswered, inboxes are 'full', all ignored repairs are excused with vague references to external factors, and not repair timelines. During the 2020 lockdowns, about 15 renovations were completed, with unknown contractors in and out of the building. Security breaches were not communicated to the building at large. A full list of the things that have and haven't occurred, would require extensive review of documentation and pics.
      This company (group of companies, affiliated companies, how to describe?) appears to have no penalty-associated oversight from a professional licensing body, or from any level of government, although the City of Vancouver and Fire safety departments serve warnings, after receiving enough resident complaints. *** ****** ** ********** **** ** ******* *** ****** ** *********** ** ****** ******** ** ** **** *********** ** ****** ***** **** ******** *********** ********* ***** ***** ** ** ********* *********** ** **** *********** *** *****************
