I purchased 3 party size pizzas. The restaurant accepted the order online, then only delivered one pizza. When I called to ask where the other two were, the male on the other end said I didn’t pay enough and that he wasn’t going to send the other two. He said the amount I paid was only the value of one pizza, even though I purchased three and the receipt said three. The restaurant then told me to take my complaint up with the online payment merchant, which was not relevant because the restaurant accepted the order and dealt directly with me. The phone number advertised on the payment website was for the owner or manager, and she said that that was also a mistake. I didn’t know that, I purchased what they advertised and they delivered one but not the other two. I went to head office and they asked me for a screenshot of the receipt, so I provided it to them. Then they responded by saying I will not be receiving those pizzas. I contacted the online payment merchant and they said that the pizzas are the responsibility of the restaurant to deliver. I did not ask for a refund but I did ask for the pizzas to be delivered again and the restaurant did not accept. They acknowledged that I purchased three, and that my receipt shows three, but they said that they won’t honour it, even though the problem is their responsibility. It would not have been a burden to have provided the other two pizzas I purchased. They said they took down the offer from the website and changed their phone number, and the number advertised for their head office does not work anymore. It is consistently published online for their head office as ###-###-#### but the number is disconnected. The man on the phone at the restaurant and the female owner or manager said the value of my purchase is $99 (3x$33). It was advertised in a way that it looked like a promotion. I had people waiting for the pizzas and was unable to feed them the three pizzas as I only received one.
