      I purchased shoes for my child, the shoes were not even tried on as I noticed the opening of the shoe was too tiny for my toddlers ankles. Therefore the shoes are completely unused, unworn, and in original packaging. The shoes are not marked as final sale or non-refundable.

      Item was purchased Feb 12, I emailed for a return on Feb 27. Their return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. This is clearly within that time. I just received a response saying they are not eligible for a return

      Order was placed on November 27 2023, with order numbers ********* and ********* with a total amount of $765.35. My order was delivered to I don’t even know where and now they decided to not replace my order or to give my money back. I have now not received a response back from Well about the status of this.

      I am rejecting this response because I had received contrary information from the couriers a** ** ***** ********* **** ** ** ****. I also filed a police report as Well is illegally holding my money longer than 30 days.
