    I paid for service . Didn’t receive any value for money spent. First month got update email as they said I would . All calls and emails . So I paid for another term now in for 7 thousand dollars. Said would give 2 months for payment . They didn’t tell me they just put my product on porthole . That means no contact by them . Many calls over 2 months never any one there. End of month ask for up date . Says no cell service can’t talk. So end of second month no update as promised . They agreed to work next month and show me positive results. I got no results . Offered 10 new company’s and a letter from strange company . So now my patent has been jeopardize . Now the **** is give another payment of a month and we will give you 75 days . Another month I asked for update . Nothing happened they say. So I gave up on this **** . Once your in 3600. *** *** *** **** **** **** **** **** **** *****

    Director Of New Product Development did not stop speaking over me after his reason for calling should have been directed towards a contract I demanded before I gave him all the information reguarding my patent. Instead he proceeded to speak over me stating that’s not it no that’s not patentable the company you spoke with before never said that it was patentable he did t write you a patent every time I would stop and read the next paragraph. Than when I arrived at the paragraph labeled patentable it took him three times to hear what I was saying only for him to continue speaking over me ****** not hearing what I had to say the entire time he should have been well aware that he was only getting a very small tidbit of what I wanted patented unti I recieved a contract. Finally I stated you are not very good at your job and hung up.
