This is a complaint against whereipark, in conjunction with *** ****** City which I have also reported to the BBB. It concerns mishandling of my beautiful **** **. Both companies have essentially told me they don’t have any responsibility for the car and to work with the other, which I have tried. While I was out of the country last winter they caused the car to be towed from a space that I was renting and paying for.

WhereiPark (a lady named Joy) told me to to contact the towing company, and that they or a lien-holder would contact me about getting the car back. That turns out not to be true, since I have found out that the car was transferred to auction around February 1, 2023 and sold.

So I have lost my car and I believe both whereipark and *** ****** City have a legal responsibility to reimburse me the fair market value of a 2008 **** ** *********. It’s not that much. Failing that, the next step is to sue in small claims court, which I really don’t want to do but am willing to.

I have a online subscription to use a parking spot at a parking garage in downtown ******* located at *** * *** *** * ***** City Center. The company that provide this service is whereipark.com. I signed up on june 11-th 2021. They took also 100$ deposit. Sometimes i keep a car there long time like a storage and i pay every month 99,99$. Unfortunately yesterday i went there to pick up the car. My last visit there was in mid april. I wasn't able to exit the parking and i spoke to the security staff and they said, but here the management is different from a long time and your car cant be here and was scheduled to be towed on sunday! I got so mad and i show him my bank transaction that i'm paying to be here. He said yes, but that money goes to the previous management not to us. The problem is nobody gave me notice about this and that i have to remove the car. Same time my credit card is keepiing charged every month. Last payment on june 15 i still pay to use, but those people don't do business there long time ago! I remove my credit card from the account, but maybe they will charge me tommorow again. I informed my bank and requested a refund for the last month. I want to take my deposit back as well, but they don't respond to my e-mail also to my phone call. I requested a cancelation, but the earliest date is 1 month in advance so they are not there long time ago. That is a real ****** *** ******* * ********** ** ** ******** **** ***** ******** They even don't have any parking in ******* anymore! I hope to get advise and resolution of this problem soon. Thank you!
