      ***** ******* ** *** ****** **** *********, I parked at ** Queens Quay East and paid $40 for 5 hours because I parked before the evening and left just after the start of evening hours.
      This is a parking operation that is out to mislead customers and have good people paying way too much almost double near by lots. **** ** *** ******** I wish lots like these were regulated by the city, ******** *****.

      ******* ********* ** ******* ** The automated payment machine was confusing. We ended overpaying (paid the day rate for parking in the evening) and then had to pay again to get out. Customer service directed me ** **** ** This was over a month ago. I have send him numerous (polite) emails but have not heard back. I am now emailing him daily to ask for an update on my situation.

      I parked at one of their automated billing lots at ** ****** **** **** in Toronto. I paid at one of their machines on the way out but it didn't dispense a receipt. When I got to the gate, it didn't open even after multiple attempts so I put my credit card back in thinking that it would be used to validate my payment and parking session. When I got my CC statement, I got charged twice.
      I reached out to target parking to have one of the charges reversed. I was directed to Mike K. **** ** ********** * **** who took my info down, told me to email him and he said he would look into it. this was back on June 7, 2023. It's not Aug 28th and I've yet to hear back from anyone at Target Park and this is after 6 emails to Mike and 3 phone calls to various customer "service" personnel.

      Horrible customer service. This company owns the parking garage in a commercial building i work out of. They will often ticket my staff who have already paid for a monthly pass. They also keep charging even after you have cancelled the pass. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month and no one answers their emails.
