    "I share some of the concerns REMOVEDabout communication times and getting a hold of people, they can be quite lengthy and difficult. But I paid my fees in full, on time, I filled out the forms and submitted them with int he required timelines as requested, ensured every thing was accurate and yes it was annoying to have to pay 3 different police agencies for finger prints." ...
