I signed up for this subscription service in June 2022. They never sent me any confirmation email, but proceeded to debit $34.95 from my bank account for the next 8 months, followed by a final debit of $14.95 in March 2023. This totals to $294.55.
When I noticed the charges, I had figured the company made a mistake. So I logged into the account (my phone thankfully saved my login/password I had used), and canceled the membership. I was able to pull my account statement, and it showed all the charges for each date. And next to each charge, it said the fulfillment status was "Unfulfilled".
I tried contacting the company to have my money returned, and at first they replied to my emails (they have no phone number). They apologized and said they would send me all the missing packages. I told them I didn't want that, I just wanted my money back. That's when they stopped responding.
What really bugs me, is when I logged back into my account later, they had changed the fulfillment statuses of 5 out of the 9 charges to "Fulfilled"! Luckily I have screenshots of the account screens, showing the "Unfulfilled" statuses.

On 12/08/21 I signed up for the "Elite Spice Box - Quarterly Subscription". I agreed to pay $50.00 per quarter in exchange for the Elite Spice Box. I received the first box on or about 01/15/22. To date, that is the only package I have ever received from Spicy Subscriptions. They billed my credit card five additional times and did not deliver any product on the following dates:

I have been charged $34.95 monthly since august. A total of $279.60 and emailed multiple times over the course with no response. Tried cancelling and never received email finally this last month after multiple failed attempts my subscription was cancelled but still no boxes, responses, or tracking information. ****Initial Complaint

Purchased a product from company which took my money immediately and said it would ship within a week. It has been over 7 months they will not respond to my emails and I have sent 11 including 7 through the site directly with customer service. **** ** *** ***** ****** They took my money and not even a courtesy response or anything. I purchased a 4 month subscription on November 24, 2022 and was charged $171.93 on that date. I have not received any items.
The first box was to be shipped out the 15th of the next month. I never received my box or an email with shipping info or delay info. It is now January 27 and I still have received no items or information.
I have contacted the company through the website multiple times, left a message on the phone number connected with my credit card charge. I’ve attempted to email using the email address provided on the welcome email and on the website but it comes back as undeliverable.Initial Complaint

I have been billed over 300 dollars and have never received the orders despite multiple attempts to support from the business. I thought they went out of business but they started billing me again with a new company name. If you look they don't deny I have paid but they have not shipped anything.

Made my first (and only) order from spicy subscriptions on November 13, 2022. It is now January 12, 2023 and I have yet to receive my box. I have emailed the company twice now and have yet to receive a response. Extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as their ability to supply their clients with items we have paid for. Will not be a returning customer.
