    Order# ********, made on November 29 2023 for 2 women hoodies, 1 man hoodie, 1 men sweatshirt and 1 women PJ pants.

    Order was delivered On December 05 and all order was wrong, wrong sizes, false online description, bad quality.

    I contacted them back by online form and it's the only way to contact them to return the order and get refund, and got a message saying will get a response within 2 days.

    Nobody has contacted me by e-mail or phone.

    I want that order returned and my money back.

    I ordered a large coat from Canada weather gear I received it and it is to small I simply wanted to just exchange for an extra large same amount of money. I have tried contacting the company with no response from all ends I want this settled with a full refund at this point I have a cout that doesn't fit and out 109 dollars

    Hello, please be advised that we have emailed Mr. ***** 3 times to rectify the situation by allowing him to keep his jacket that is
    too small and provide the size he requires at no charge to him, even
    though our policy for USA Orders is No refunds and No exchanges.   We have
    tried reaching Mr. ***** by email on 3 separate occasions but have not received a response.  We have tried

    Ordered items online, Received items with very low quality, products are defective with fallen or missing buttons.

    The merchant was contacted numerous times via their online webform, but they never responded. All received products were defective. The phone number for the store was never answered and there is no way to reach out other than the website.

    This was reported by many customers on their ******** page and other platform.
    This business unfortunately seems to follow this practice and has no after-sale services.

    I am rejecting this response because: For the first after many attempts I have received email from the merchant after a complaint with BBB was opened. I responded on Wednesday 11/22/2023 to the email I received from the merchant and they never responded back nor a resolution was provided.  I am requesting full refund to the original method of payment since the products are not useable and the merchant was informed numerous times and submitted everything.

    I’ve ordered a red vest size XL from Canada weather gear website beginning in January and for same reason when they send me confirmation of my order it said size S , I immediately submitted a message on their website to change it to XL , no response. Received package on January 12/2023 with size S vest , I’ve send msg after message on their website for over a month now and nothing, all what I wanted was to exchange for a XL they ignoring my messages, so now I would like to get my money back, this is a ******** company to deal with.
    My order number is ******** and it was $35.83 including taxes.
    Please help me with resolve this issue as I can’t reach the customer service.
