    Since I moved into my new apartment on September 1,2024 I could not receive service within my apartment. I had to rely on wifi calling. I made numerous complaints but would just get emails with repetitive questions. I had my network refreshed and still only received one bar on my phone I upgraded from an ****** ** to ****** ***** *** and still had the same issue. They refreshed the network again and I still had the same issue. They were going to send me a physical SIM card but could not because of the mail strike so I had to purchase one. It did not improve the service and the network was refreshed again. Still no change I requested compensation and was told it would be provided when the service issue was resolved. I changed cell phone companies and get full service now. They send emails with unclear resolutions.

    Hi phone box charges me overuse data charges 4 months before so I called and email them to activate data limit stop on my account and they activated in july 2024 and representative said I will not get any extra charges after that and My data will stop if I use 40 gb my plan data.but last month they send me 300 dollars plus taxes extra charges for over data usage. When I complaint to them they said they can provide me 150 credit . They should have my call recordings from my last months that I requested data limit stop on my account but they are still charging me more. They also did not send any warning on my phone when my data limit is near or reached.I am texting and calling them from last 30 days but they are not doing anything.***** **** * *** ****** *** *** **** **** ** **** ** ****** *** ****** said they need port out account number. So I request from phone box but they are not porting my number and not providing any port account number. Can you please help me in that
