    One week ago I went to *******'s website to purchase a lifetime subscription, only to find that the site was down, so I went back to work on a project using the existing theme I had purchased, only to find that any aspects of the theme and plugins that required access to *******'s servers also did not function. This would continue for a week, with ******* neglecting to update its consumers until they were told they should be doing so on *******. Even after they started providing updates, there was no clear eta provided or reason for the outage provided until easily 3 days in. From their responses, it became apparent that having a more robust security infrastructure from the beginning could have prevented the issue. The broken connection from the server lost me a week of time and at least one job. However, they continue to say that the loss of time and revenue could not be connected to to their server outtage, despite other people also claiming that the broken server connection affected their sites as well.

    We had some server difficulties last week which caused our server & services interruptions. During the server outage, we did offer alternative solutions for all our users to download our products. We've been updating our server status and providing support via social media and emails. Our team and host provider were working very hard to restore our site ASAP. We can provide a full refund to any customer with or without any reason as per our refund policy. To request a refund, please send username and purchase receipt to ****@*******.me. All refund requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Again we apologize for the inconvenience caused by our server interruptions.
