    In March 2024, Mani Media contact us after interacting with my business partner at a networking event. I spoke with Tom M. (***.********@*********.io) for a few weeks and I agreed to their help to improve my website. I signed the contract, made the deposit, and discussed the specifics about the site with Tyler C. (*****.*******@*********.io). I got a mock up and made the final payment in late May after which Tyler asked me to add Steve S. (*****.******@*********.io) to my ******* account to allow them access to setup the website. Then the communication fell off. I emailed Tyler for two weeks with emails saying he would give me a call but no call ever came. On June 24th Tyler finally called but I missed the call, so he emailed me saying that the access did not go through and I needed to do it again. I responded immediately and granted the access and sent him a screen shot to verify. Finally on July 3rd I get an email saying my website is complete and live. We setup a time to go over the details but the call never came and the site was not complete. The shop page was not setup, there were spelling mistakes and places that said their name, and the email address on the contact page was wrong. Again with the back and forth and I finally requested a refund on July 13. On July 15 I got an email from Tyler saying that a manager would call me. Steve called on Saturday, said that Tyler *** **** ****** ***** and he would help me and have my site up and running by Tuesday if I gave them the opportunity. We talked on Monday, they had fixed the shop page, the spelling mistakes and name errors. Were were supposed to talk again on Tuesday because there were somethings that still needed to be done. Back and forth again. On July 28th I requested a refund again because I couldn't get a response. The contract said I would get a response within 7 - 10 days and I still have not heard from anyone. * **** ******** *** ****** *** *** ****** ******* ******* *** **********
