      Saw an ad that offered some nice savings so decided to sign up. Shortly after, a phone rep from **** ************ called me to set things up.

      Everything was going fine until I decided I didn't want to go through with it as the price did not reflect the savings offered on the original ad.

      Once I basically said I wasn't interested, instead of ending the conversation, he gets personally offended and starts yapping away about how I've wasted his time and have been dishonest. The call was 20 minutes long and I mentioned this after 5 minutes. For the next 15 minutes, he starts yelling and shouting in a fit.       This company refuses to address my concerns. They took 161.86 from my account on May 1st. I made repeated calls to them only to be told wait 24-48 hours. Well that timeframe has come and gone numerous times. I’ve never had an account with Factor foods. This has caused major issues as I’m a senior on a very limited income and this means buying food or not

      The Merchant FACTOR MEALS TORONTO CA is charging my **** credit card ending in ****. The credit card company provided the replacement card - that too is getting charged. I have not subscribed for or has any business with FACTOR MEALS TORONTO CA. I also called customer service repeatedly and wrote email for which there is no proper attention has been given. Thus reporting it to the BBB to get attention from the business and remove My Credit Card details saved in the Factor Meals Toronto CA with no further charges to my credit card.

      We have confirmed that there is no active account under this customer’s information in either Canada or the US. We reached out to the Factor US team to cross-reference, and they also found no matching account. Upon tracing the payments using the last four digits of the card and reviewing the timeline, it appears the card was compromised.

      We’ve confirmed that there was fraudulent activity on the customer’s card. The customer had already initiated a chargeback and successfully won all three cases, receiving a full refund. These chargebacks date back to August 2024 and have been verified by our Payments team.

      1. My friend bought a gift card for me. Factor has 4 specific gift card amounts. My friend chose $175 option. Factor only gave me $170.

      2. Factor gift cards do not cover shipping, they say. This is not located on their gift card website anywhere. There are three steps: 1. Purchase gift card. 2. Recipient chooses meals. 3. Factor delivers.

      We followed step one and two. Factor did not delivery.

      3. I had time to apply the gift card to my account, but it wouldn’t apply. I’m parked with their CA fie over 2 hours I’m the Thursday that the order charged. They confirmed it would be delivered. I have this in writing and I have the call log. They confirmed this both over call and then over chat.

      4. The box wasn’t delivered. I contact CS and they go back to ‘your payment failed.’ Which is what happened on Thursday and what prompted me to work with them in regards to my gift card that day for 2 hours

      4. Currently, my account. Says I have only 18.13 credit, that my box that hasn’t arrived is arriving, and that the order was placed. Their CS says the order was cancelled.
